By ordering any service on Akira Unlocks, you automatically agree to the following Terms of Service.
There will be no exceptions unless explicitly agreed upon by both parties.

All technical issues, disputes, cancellations, blocking, unlocking, activation, or information retrieval are subject to the terms stated below.

1. Service Scope

Akira Unlocks provides software & digital unlocking services intended only for devices obtained with the original owner’s permission.

2. Ownership Responsibility

Customers/technicians must ensure that the device or digital account presented for service is legally owned.

3. Restrictions

• We do not support unlocking stolen or lost devices.
• We are not responsible for unlocking devices obtained through fraud, theft, or any unlawful means.

4. Risk & Liability

• All services are provided at your own risk.
• Akira Unlocks will not be held liable for any direct or indirect legal consequences arising from unlocking devices/accounts reported as lost, stolen, or obtained unlawfully.
